Welcome to Agoua Travel (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking any of our services (flights, hotels, or visas), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Agoua Travel & Tourism acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (such as airlines, hotels, visa agencies, and tour operators).
Our role is to assist you with inquiries, bookings, and visa facilitation based on the information you provide.
We do not own, operate, or control any airlines, hotels, consulates, or embassies.
2. Inquiry and Booking Process

All inquiries submitted through our website, WhatsApp, or email will be responded to within 2–4 business hours.

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and written confirmation (invoice, voucher, ticket, etc.) is issued by Agoua Travel & Tourism.

Any special requests (such as meal preferences, seat selection, or early check-in) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Payments

Full payment must be made before the issuance of flight tickets, hotel vouchers, or visa submissions (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

We accept payments via bank transfer, Razorpay, or other approved payment gateways.

All prices are quoted in the stated currency (usually Saudi Riyals (SAR) or US Dollars (USD)) and are subject to change until full payment is received.

Additional charges (such as bank transfer or service fees) may apply and are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Flights:

Subject to the fare rules and conditions of the respective airline.

Cancellation, date change, or no-show penalties may apply.
Hotels:

Cancellation policies vary by hotel (e.g., non-refundable, or free cancellation up to a certain number of days before check-in).
Visas:

Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted to the embassy/consulate, regardless of the outcome.
General Notes:

Agoua Travel & Tourism may charge additional service fees besides supplier charges.

Refund processing, if applicable, may take 7–21 business days depending on the suppliers involved.
5. Traveler Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete personal information (such as name exactly as it appears on the passport and date of birth).

Ensure that the passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended travel date and that all required documents are submitted.

Comply with immigration, customs, health, and security regulations of the destination country.

Any consequences resulting from incorrect information or missing documents are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
6. Visa Services

We assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval.

The final decision rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate.

Processing times, requirements, and fees may change without prior notice.

In case of visa rejection, service and government/embassy fees are non-refundable.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Agoua Travel & Tourism shall not be held liable for:

Flight delays, rescheduling, or cancellations by airlines.

Overbooking, closures, or service issues at hotels.

Visa refusals or delays by embassies.

Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, epidemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The maximum liability of Agoua Travel & Tourism is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance (covering health, baggage, cancellations, etc.).
Agoua Travel & Tourism shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or inconvenience resulting from travel without insurance coverage.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of Agoua Travel & Tourism, unless stated otherwise.
No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
